  • 100g Mung beans
  • Rock sugar to taste
  • Potato flour with water (thickener)

Directions
  1. Wash mung beans till the water is clear.
  2. Soak it for 10 mins.
  3. Drain the water and steam the mung beans for 20 mins.
  4. In a pot of water, add in the mung beans and cook till it soften.
  5. Add rock sugar to taste.
  6. Slowly stir-in potato mixture to the desire thickness.
  7. Serve.
