How to make it

  • Place the chicken in a large pot with cold water then boil.When is boiling make sure to remove all the white foam from the top then add the vegetables,chopped into large pieces.Add salt too.
  • Boil until the meat is done.After that,place the vegetables and meat on a plate and the boiled water is separated with a mesh strainer.
  • Rip the meat into small pieces then place it in the pot with the strained water.
  • Add salt and a few tbs of vinegar (it is up to your own taste) then boil for another 2 minutes.In the end add the cream,which was mixed with egg yolks then boil for 2 more minutes
  • Enjoy!
