Cream Cheese Filled Strawberries

This quick, fresh, yummy dessert is great anytime! I made these for my family and they LOVED them. They are so incredibly easy anyone can make them. The only thing to watch for is that they be made immediately before serving so the berries don't get soggy. Read more Other than that, very straight forward! Ingredients
- 12 fresh, large strawberries shopping list
- 12 bueberries shopping list
- 4 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- To Prepare Strawberries: wash, remove green leaves, and scoop out center with a melon baller. Cut a bit off the bottom of the strawberry so that they will sit up on a plate
- Wash blueberries and set aside
- Filling: Place cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and honey in a medium bowl. mix with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. place mixture in a pastry bag OR sealed zip lock bag to pipe the filling into the strawberries.
- Pipe the cream cheese filling into each strawberry
- sprinkle with brown sugar and top with a blueberry
- serve chilled
