Broccoli And Chicken Soup

- 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breast or about 3 lbs of chicken meat shopping list
- 1 16 oz.of mozzerala cheese shopping list
- 3 bigger cans of creme of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 bigger cans of creme of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 cup whole or 2% milk shopping list
- fresh broccolli 4 stalks or 4 bags 12 oz. shopping list
How to make it
- To start if you got bags of broccolli you have to boil whats recommended on package and drain set aside, if fresh broccoli, rinse off , pat dry, use your cutting board and cut ends off throw away. cut tops off and boil ,some of the stalk is okay about half the way down, fresh broccoli will take longer to boil..when tender drain,set aside.
- If you got raw chicken breast you will need to boil these, so in a 4 quart pot get your water to a rapid boil, medium high. Put chicken into boil for 15 minutes, and then drain water set chicken aside.
- In a stock pot ,empty your soups and add half water to each can, and empty into pot, turn stovetop to medium stirring occasionally, I like to use a whisk for this part ,cook your soup for 10 min on med. low and turn down to simmer, add cheese and cup milk empty to mixure add your drained broccolli .
- I like to shredd my chicken with my hands into pieces or you can cut into pieces of your desired shape and add to soup mixture.
- This needs to simmer on Meduim for 7 minutes stirring occasion, so cheese will melt but not to hot for it will stick and taste....dont forget to salt to taste, pepper if desired
- Turn back down on very low simmer and is ready to serve enjoy this .
- This soup is great with a side dish of fresh warm buttered bread right out of oven , but no matter how you consume it you wont forget it..
- Especially if its cold outside.
