Crockpot Pot Roast

Nice and can use leftover beef broth to make vegetable soup to freeze or have the next day
Ingredients
- 1 beef pot roast shopping list
- potatoes (as much as you want....cut into chunks) shopping list
- baby carrots (as much as you want) shopping list
- 1 small onion (cut into pieces) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- garlic to taste shopping list
- water to cover shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is done and tender.

I love roasts slow cooked in a crock pot. Makes them so fork tender. I'm rating it a 5, and if you don't mind I added it to the Group "Crock Pots are cool again"
