facts about mayonnaise: pure fat ( you can explore to mayo even farther...try adding ketchup or something on it)
Ingredients
- 1 L vegetable or olive oil shopping list
- 4 Pcs egg yolks shopping list
- vinegar (or any acid you want lemon juice,lime juice...etc) shopping list
- Dijon mustard shopping list
- S/P (salt & pepper) shopping list
How to make it
- -Beat the yolks till light in color
- -Slowly add oil while beating
- if you notice that the mayo is hard add i teaspoon of vinegar
- *keep beating*
- -add Dijon mustard and S/P to have the taste that you want
