Raw Vegan Jicama Fries

- 4 c jicama - peeled shopping list
- ¼ c olive oil shopping list
- ¼ c Sun-dried tomato powder shopping list
- 1 t each of onion powder, garlic powder and salt shopping list
- ½ t each of chili shopping list
- ½ t cayenne shopping list
- ¼ t cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Grind sun-dried tomatoes in a spice (coffee) grinder to make sun-dried tomato powder.
- Mix this with spices and oil.
- Julienne peeled jicama or with a plain knife cut into 1/4" matchsticks.
- Pour spice mixture over jicama slices and toss to coat each side well.
- Place slices on mesh sheets and dehydrate for about 12 hours.
