7-up Pound Cake

- 3 Sticks butter shopping list
- 3 Cups sugar shopping list
- Zest Of 2 lemons shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 Cup 7 up shopping list
- Preparation Instructions shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, sugar and lemon zest together for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time (mixing between each egg).
- Mix in salt. Add flour 1 cup at a time mixing in each cup.
- Fold in 7 UP last. Pour into well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
- If you desire ICING:
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Juice from the two lemons
- Mix well.
- Add more sugar or milk if needed.
- Pour over cooled cake.
