How to make it

  • Into crock pot place the beef roast, sprinkle with bouillion, salt and pepper, onion, celery and green pepper
  • Cook on low for 8 hours
  • Combine tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar
  • pour over beef and break meat into chunks
  • Cook high 1 hour longer
  • Remove meat, shred and retuen to slow cooker to reheat in the sauce
  • Spoon meat and sauce over buns and serve
  • leftovers may be frozen, tahwed and reheated for another meal
