Sugar Free Fruit Crumble

- Fruit: any combination you would enjoy. Such as: apples, raspberry, peach, blueberry, pear. Pick two that will satisfy you. shopping list
- 2 cups - 100% whole grain oatmeal (uncooked) shopping list
- 1/4 cup Splenda white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine spread shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- water as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and peel fruit such as apples, peaches, and pears.
- Cut large fruit into slices and place in 9X13 glass pan. Add smaller fruit like berries. Sprinkle with water and lemon juice and some of the white Splenda.
- In a bowl combine oatmeal, white and brown Splenda, dash of salt, flour, cinnamon and stir. Cut the margarine in with your hand, until the mix comes together. Add water if needed.
- Crumble this mix all over the top of the mixed fruits.
- Bake at 350 degrees until fruit is soft and bubbling up over topping.
- Serve warm with sf/ff vanilla ice cream.
- Enjoy...it's delicious!!!
