How to make it

  • 1. Cut the sausage into thin slices
  • 2. In a pan combine the sugar, ketchup and horseradish
  • 3. Add the sausage, mixing the ingredients and coating the sausage
  • 4. Cook on high until it reaches a boil
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, simmering uncovered for around 25 minutes or until the sauce thickens
  • 6. Serve with rice
