Philly Cheesecake Brownies

- 125g butter OR Margerine shopping list
- 125g dark chocolate, (Chopped) shopping list
- 200g soft brown sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 50g Sifted plain flour shopping list
- 50g cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 200g PhiladelphiaOR any Soft cheese (I always use the extra light one) shopping list
- 50g caster sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a medium saucepan, and stir over a medium heat until choclate and butter has melted. Remove from the heat and whisk in the eggs.
- Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, and stir well until combined.
- Pour into a greased and lined 7" x 11" rectangular tin.
- Beat the Philly and caster sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon randomly over the chocolate mixture and swirl with the tip of a knife.
- Bake at 180c (350f) for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool in the tin a little before placing on a cooling rack.
- Cut into 12 servings, and get yours quickly before they all go :O)
