How to make it

  • Combine butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a medium saucepan, and stir over a medium heat until choclate and butter has melted. Remove from the heat and whisk in the eggs.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, and stir well until combined.
  • Pour into a greased and lined 7" x 11" rectangular tin.
  • Beat the Philly and caster sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon randomly over the chocolate mixture and swirl with the tip of a knife.
  • Bake at 180c (350f) for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Allow to cool in the tin a little before placing on a cooling rack.
  • Cut into 12 servings, and get yours quickly before they all go :O)
