- Jalapeño chili pepper shopping list
- 2 ounces tequila shopping list
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 ounce watermelon puree shopping list
- 3/4 ounce agave syrup shopping list
- Hickory smoked salt (for the rim) shopping list
How to make it
- Muddle the jalapeño in a shaker. Add the tequila, lime juice, watermelon puree and agave. Shake with ice until very cold, then strain and serve over ice in a double old-fashioned rimmed with hickory-smoked salt. Garnish with a lime wedge and a small red pepper.
