How to make it

  • Mix honey, lemon, corriander and chicken breast to marinade as long as you can. Fry it in 1/2 tsp of oily, it takes about 15 to 20mins depending how you like your chicken. Whilst this is cooking make your salad by chopping and mixing the letauce, toms, cucumber and salad onion. Toast the pitta bread make an opening in them, add the salad, chicken then drizzle with sweet chilli and the greek yougurt. I also fry up some red chillies for people who like it hotter.
