Ingredients

How to make it

  • First, you want to heat a medium to large skillet on medium heat.
  • Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter and the flour to create a roux, cook for 1 minute.
  • Now, whisk in the beef stock gradually and let that thicken for about 1 minute.
  • Next stir in the dry mustard and the sour cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
  • Now heat a second skillet over high heat.
  • Add the 1 tablespoon of oil and the ground turkey and cook until done, then drain.
  • Add the cooked turkey to the sauce and mix well.
  • At this point you have two options; you can either mix in about 1/3-1/2 of your cooked noodles (which is what I did, I wouldn’t advise adding all of the noodles cause it will probably be way too much) or you can serve the the sauce over the noodles if you want to be fancy A good addition to this recipe would be some shredded mozzarella on top or 1/2 cup of broccoli mixed in.
