Mediterranean Vegetable Salad

- 2 large tomatoes,cut in wedges shopping list
- 1 ea.green and yellow pepper,coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 zucchini,cut lengthwise in half,sliced shopping list
- 1/4 c red onion wedges shopping list
- 1/2 c zesty Italian dressing shopping list
- 2 TB chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 1 c Kraft natural three cheese crumbles(or feta or shredded Italian blend) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine tomatoes and vegetables in large bowl.
- Mix dressing,basil and garlic. Pour over vegetsable mixture;toss to coat.
- Add cheese,mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Note:
- Top with chopped chicken just before serving.
- Salad can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
