Mango Breakfast Cobbler

- 3- 4 ripe mangoes shopping list
- 1 cup dates shopping list
- 1 cup raw pecans (or almonds) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sea salt shopping list
- dash vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup agave nectar shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare the mangoes by cutting them into medium sized chunks. Place into a bowl and toss with agave nectar.
- To make the topping, place the dates, pecans, coconut, vanilla and salt in the food processor and "pulse" until everything is finely chopped.
- Once topping is ready, place it on top of your mangoes.
