Ingredients
- 2 cups nut pulp shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 bunch dill, cilantro, or other herbs for flavor shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients until smooth (in a blender or food processor). Use as a soft cheese dip, spread, or dehydrate for a more solid cheese.
