Raw Vegan "nacho Cheese" Sauce

I use it on pasta for a yummy "Mac and Cheese" alternative, or as a vegetable dip, salad dressing, or nacho cheese alternative. Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked over night and rinsed well) shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon tahini shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast shopping list
- 1 T Raw onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons salt (I use much less salt) shopping list
- For a little flavor variety, try adding: shopping list
- green onion (optional) shopping list
- jalapeno pepper (optional) shopping list
- green chilis (optional) shopping list
- red pepper flakes (optional), etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy.
