S'more Sandwich Cookies

- 3/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 20 squares) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 24 to 28 large marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and both of the sugars
- Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla
- Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda
- salt, and cinnamon
- Gradually add to the creamed mixture
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets
- Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove to wire racks to cool.
- Place four cookies bottom side up on a microwave-safe plate
- Top each with a marshmallow
- Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-20 seconds or until the marshmallows begin to puff (do not overcook).
- Top each with another cookie
- Repeat with the remaining cookies
