Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • parboil roast and half of each spice for approx 1 hour
  • place in crockpot add in the rest of the spices including the bullion packets and cook on low 2 hours
  • add in onions, potatoes, carrots cook approx another 1 hour on low
  • add in mushrooms and cook another hour
  • serve and enjoy

    Good Morning,
    Thank-you for this great walk away kind of recipe.
    I use the slow cooker a great deal,frees me up to do the things that I enjoy,other then stand over the pot and watch the water boil.
