How to make it

  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place roast in centre.
  • (If your feeling like a chef. You can brown the roast in your Sunday morning bacon fat before putting in slow cooker)
  • Mix soup, beer, oxo, and mrs. dash. Pour over beef. Cook 8-10 hours on low. I like to turn roast over ½ way through.
  • Let stand, covered in tinfoil ½ hour before trying to slice
