How to make it

  • Pre cut two large pieces (20") wax paper.
  • Mix bread crumbs, milk (enough to moisten crumbs).
  • Add all ingredients except hamburger and mix well. Add hamburger. Using 1/2c measuring cup to measure for each hamburger and place on wax paper, leaving room to spread. Cover with second piece of wax paper. With small flat plate flatten out patties. Cut paper for individually wrapped burgers. (remove paper before cooking)
  • I like to freeze patties so they maintane shape better on BBQ.
