How to make it

  • start grill
  • prepare dressing
  • trim fat from chicken (use scraps for broth)
  • marinade chicken in a bowl w the dressing while grill is getting hot, remember to reserve 2 tbsp of dressing
  • grill chicken
  • while the chicken is cooking, in a seperate bowl w a lid, combine reserved dressing, jam, and o.j., whisk well
  • when the chicken is ready to come off the grill, place the cooked breasts in the jam mixture, cover and give it a shake
  • serve hot or room temp or over brown rice, yummy!!!!
