Honey Chipotle Grilled Corn

- 2 chipotle chiles canned in adobo shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup honey shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 8 ears corn, in husks shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill to medium high. Combine chiles, butter, honey, garlic and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Put unhusked corn on grill and cook, turning occasionally, 15 minutes. Husks will blacken.
- Transfer corn to work surface and remove husks. Brush ears generously with butter mixture and return to grill.
- Grill until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with remaining butter.
