Delicious Salad For A Balanced Diet

- (depending on the no of people your quantity could differ. Mine is for 2) shopping list
- 4 medium carrots shopping list
- 1/2medium head cabbage shopping list
- 1/2 can sweet corn shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced(optional) shopping list
- 2 handfuls of macaroni shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 can of corned beef(exclude if vegetarian) shopping list
- 1/4 can of baked beans shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the macaronis & eggs(hardboiled)
- Wash & grate the carrots
- Soak the cabbage in salt water to remove germs
- Drain cabbage from water after few minutes
- Wash & chop the cabbage
- Slice the eggs or use an egg slicer
- In a bowl or casserole,put ingredients layer by layer as listed except mayonnaise
- Eat immediately with mayonnaise
- Or for preservation,put in fridge intermittently to avoid freezing.Enjoy!!
