Ingredients

How to make it

  • pour enough oil into a medium size skillet, enough to coat the bottom
  • place chicken breasts in skillet, add curry and black pepper
  • cook on medium heat for 10 minutes each side until done
  • add sliced green peppers and raisins
  • add soy sauce
  • cook until everything kinda coagulates, but not so much so that the peppers have gone soft (unless you like em that way)
  • prepare rice according to directions listed on package (i love boil in bag brown rice, only takes ten minutes in the microwave. i set that up right before i add the peppers and raisins to the chicken.)
  • add soy sauce and cinnamon sugar
  • enjoy!
  • -as another side, i tend to stick to plain old steamed broccoli, it's a nice texture change from the chicken and rice, and a very plain but complimenting flavor.-
