Dutch Oven Beer Bread

- 6 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 6 cups unbleached white flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. Backing Soda shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 cps brown sugar shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- use a 10" oven safe pan or Dutch Oven
- Blend brown sugae and dry ingredients with fingers into large bowl
- Mix in 1-1/2 bottle of warm dark beer with hands to look like dry biscuit dough (porter style beer)
- Heat top and bottom evenly
- Rotate bread after approx. 20 min
- Generously rub 1/2 cube butter on top of loaf, when almost done
