Pesto- Peanut Noodles

Combining left overs of pesto sauce and Thai peanut sauce plus tri color fettucini, this came out very deilcious and everyone loved it! Plus it was so easy too
Ingredients
- 12 oz tri color noodles shopping list
- 1 cup bottled or home made pesto sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup home made or bottle Thai peanut sauce shopping list
- salt, pepper, garlic powder shopping list
- dry roasted peanuts for garnish shopping list
- fresh chopped parsley or cilantro, garnish or stir into noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta to pkg directions
- drain and rinse under cold water
- Combine pesto and peanut sauce and mix well
- Gently stir into noodles
- Stir in some chopped parlsy or cilantro if desired
- add some salt, pepper and garlic pwder to taste
- garnish with peanuts ( dry roasted, honey roasted etc )
