Flavoured Butter

Very easy butter recipe, can be used for numerous things, like stuffing in chicken breast, frying steak or veg in, even spreading over warm ciabatta as a alternative to garlic bread but my favourite is through mash potato.
Ingredients
- 1 block of butter shopping list
- 1tbls tarragon shopping list
- 1tbls hot paprika shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- clingfilm <saran wrap> shopping list
How to make it
- Put the butter in a bowl add the herbs <you can use any herbs you like>
- mix it all together, roll in to a sausage shape wrap in clingfilm<saran wrap>, freeze, You can use it straight from the freezer just cut off as much as you need.
