How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a 10" cast iron skillet saute bacon until crispy
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs and oil and mix to combine.
  • Add butter milk to mixture until it is about the consistency of a thick cake mix-about 2/3 to 3/4 of a cup.
  • Pour mixture into skillet with bacon bits and drippings (didn-t say it was healthy)
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
