How to make it

  • slice mango either side of the stone and with a sharp knife.
  • section up the flesh without going thru the skin of each half, turn inside out and cut the cubes off the skin
  • place cubes in a blender, peel and chop banana and add it and all other infredients to the blender.
  • Whizz until desired consistency adding more milk as neccessary.
  • makes about a pint and a half.
  • This is a sugar free recipe:) but its plenty sweet enough for most people..
