Mango Banana Smoothie

- 1 mango shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- 1 cup fat free natural yoghurt shopping list
- 1 cup semi skimmed milk (half fat) + extra if too thick! shopping list
- 1/2 cup porridge oats shopping list
How to make it
- slice mango either side of the stone and with a sharp knife.
- section up the flesh without going thru the skin of each half, turn inside out and cut the cubes off the skin
- place cubes in a blender, peel and chop banana and add it and all other infredients to the blender.
- Whizz until desired consistency adding more milk as neccessary.
- makes about a pint and a half.
- This is a sugar free recipe:) but its plenty sweet enough for most people..
