Raw Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado - peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks shopping list
- 1/2 cup liquid (non-dairy milk or water) shopping list
- 1/4- 1/3 cup raw cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/3 cup agave nectar, or other sweetener shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Store in covered container in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or until set.
