How to make it

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and the cream cheese
  • Add the sugar
  • Blend well
  • Stir in the vanilla
  • Gradually beat in the flour
  • Using a cookie press fitted with a star tip, form the dough into a 2 1/2 inch wreaths on ungreased baking sheets
  • Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes or until set .
  • Do Not Brown
  • Remove to wire racks to cool
  • Decorate the wreaths with green cherry "leaves" and cinnamon candy "berries" attached with a drop of frosting
  • Add the bows with decorator gel
