How to make it

  • In a large bowl whisk up all the ingredients until you have a sloppy batter.
  • Heat the oil in a small skillet (mine is 20cm diameter)
  • Ladle the mixture into the pan and spread the mixture around using the ladle or spatula.
  • Cook both sides until they're golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, cinamon and yoghurt.
