- 2 pkgs. lemon Jello shopping list
- 2 c. hot water shopping list
- 2 c. cold water shopping list
- 12 lg. marshmallows, quartered shopping list
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained shopping list
- 2 lg. bananas, sliced shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1/3 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 c. pineapple juice shopping list
How to make it
- Make gelatin from water as directed on package. Let chill in 9"x13" pan until syrupy. Add fruits and marshmallows and let stand in refrigerator until set.
- For topping: While Jello is setting, cook above ingredients in double boiler and cool. Then whip one cup heavy cream and fold into the cooled mixture. Place on top of Jello mixture and let stand in refrigerator until ready to serve.
