Curried Turkey Turnovers

                    - 1 lb. ground turkey shopping list
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot shopping list
- 1/4 c. raisins shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes 7 1/2 oz shopping list
- 1 t. curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 t. gr. cumin shopping list
- 1/4 t. salt shopping list
- 1/4 t. pepper shopping list
- 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crusts shopping list
- 1 pkg. turkey gravy powder (optional) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Brown turkey. Add the rest of the ingredients up to pepper and simmer until vegetables are tender and mixture isn't to "wet."
- Place each piecrust on a cookie sheet. Place 1/2 of mixture on each piecrust. Fold over & crimp.
- Bake at 375 about 25 minutes or until piecrust is nicely browned.
- Prepare gravy as per package instructions & serve on top of the turnover.
