Dinner Eggs

- 12 slices Canadian bacon shopping list
- 1 8-oz. package sliced swiss cheese shopping list
- 12 eggs shopping list
- 1 pint heavy cream shopping list
- 1/3 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese (do NOT use the kind in a shaker) shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (or to taste) shopping list
- 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley (optional) shopping list
- 6 English muffins, split and toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Put bacon in bottom of a greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Top with the sliced Swiss cheese. Break eggs over cheese then pour heavy cream over eggs. Sprinkle with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, paprika and black pepper.
- Place pan in preheated oven and bake fir 10-20 minutes, until eggs reach desired doneness. Remove from oven. If desired, sprinkle with optional parsley. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- To serve, cut between each egg. Top each muffin half with an egg & a slice of bacon and cheese.
