How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Put bacon in bottom of a greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Top with the sliced Swiss cheese. Break eggs over cheese then pour heavy cream over eggs. Sprinkle with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, paprika and black pepper.
  • Place pan in preheated oven and bake fir 10-20 minutes, until eggs reach desired doneness. Remove from oven. If desired, sprinkle with optional parsley. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • To serve, cut between each egg. Top each muffin half with an egg & a slice of bacon and cheese.
