How to make it

  • Boil chicken breasts and eggs in separate pots, each for 10-15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, dice celery and green onions. Place in a large bowl.
  • When eggs are hard-boiled, peel off shells, dice coarsely, and add to the bowl.
  • When chicken is cooked, let cool sufficiently and hand-tear into small pieces, adding them to the bowl.
  • Combine all ingredients and add enough mayonnaise to make the salad.
  • May be eaten immediately but is even more delicious after refrigerated for a day.
  • Serve on its own or as a sandwich.
