Chicken Salad

- 2 chicken breasts shopping list
- 4 celery Stalks shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chicken breasts and eggs in separate pots, each for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, dice celery and green onions. Place in a large bowl.
- When eggs are hard-boiled, peel off shells, dice coarsely, and add to the bowl.
- When chicken is cooked, let cool sufficiently and hand-tear into small pieces, adding them to the bowl.
- Combine all ingredients and add enough mayonnaise to make the salad.
- May be eaten immediately but is even more delicious after refrigerated for a day.
- Serve on its own or as a sandwich.
