How to make it

  • Pineapple Rice Salsa:
  • Mix all ingredients in glass bowl. Set aside
  • Fish:
  • Spray cold grill with non-stick spray
  • Heat Grill to Med. heat
  • Combine lime juice and garlic on a plate
  • Dip fish in lime mixture -coating each side
  • Sprinkle fish with chili powder and pepper
  • Place Fish on grill - cover and turn after 2-3 min.
  • Flip fish and grill 1-2 min. more or until fish is done
  • Plate fish over Pineapple Rice Salsa and garnish
