Warm Cocoa Suprise

I got tired of having store bought hot cocoa cause it got to where it didn't taste good so I started looking for recipes for something different and this one caught my eye. I don't drink coffee so instead I make this hot cocoa.
Ingredients
- 1 12/ c. chopped 3 Musketeers Bars shopping list
- 3 c. lowfat milk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for dusting if desired shopping list
- 4 cinnamon sticks ( optional ) shopping list
- 2 tbs whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the candy with the milk and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the candy is completely melted.
- Pour into mugs. Add a cinnamon stick and top with a small drop of whipped cream. Dust with a sprinking of cinnamon.
