Organic Hambugers

- 1 pound organic, grass fed beef shopping list
- 3 tablespoons low sodium worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons low sodium steak seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix beef mixture with your hands until combined. Mix seasoning in thoroughly, but don't over mix.
- Form into either 3 or 4 burgers (depending on how big you want you burgers. Instead of completely flat, try forming a slight divot in the middle so that they don't plump up so much.
- On a grill pan set to medium heat, let burgers cook until juices pool in the middle. Or, grill on outdoor grill.
- Flip burgers and grill for another 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how you like them cooked.
- Let sit on a paper towel-line plate for a few minutes to drain some of the fat.
