How to make it

  • Mix beef mixture with your hands until combined. Mix seasoning in thoroughly, but don't over mix.
  • Form into either 3 or 4 burgers (depending on how big you want you burgers. Instead of completely flat, try forming a slight divot in the middle so that they don't plump up so much.
  • On a grill pan set to medium heat, let burgers cook until juices pool in the middle. Or, grill on outdoor grill.
  • Flip burgers and grill for another 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how you like them cooked.
  • Let sit on a paper towel-line plate for a few minutes to drain some of the fat.
