Reuben Wraps

This is something I made a lot for a brown bag lunch for work. Healthy and out of the sandwich rut.
Ingredients
- 4- 8in plain or whole wheat tortillas shopping list
- 4 T fat free thousand island dressing shopping list
- 6 c baby spinach, fresh shopping list
- 8 oz sliced honey roasted and smoked turkey (can be your fav meat) shopping list
- 4 oz thinly sliced reduced-fat swiss cheese or american shopping list
- 2 cups bagged cole slaw mix shopping list
How to make it
- Spread the tortilla with dressing.
- Layer the spinach, meat, cheese, and cole slaw mix.
- Roll tightly and wrap with plastic wrap
- Throw in the fridge at least 15 min.
