  • Poke a few holes in the spinach bags and microwave them on high (2 at a time) for 4 minutes, until the spinach is wilted; drain. While the spinach is cooking, toss feta, chopped olives and olive oil in a serving bowl. Add the spinach, and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
