How to make it

  • 1. Grate medium cheddar and sharp cheddar cheeses in big bowl.
  • 2. Make mixture
  • Miracle Whip (about 1 cup or more) and some regular mustard (few teaspoons) and maybe 1 or 2 tablespoons of regular sugar. Taste it and see if the amounts are correct. Add in pimentos (small or medium size jar) and chopped jalapeneos to taste. Stir it all together. Then add pecans to the mixture and then roll into cheese. Be careful not to stir to much or it becomes goopy.
  • After finished put in refrigerator for 1 hour so the cheese can soak in the flavors of the mixture. Ready to go. Sometimes I add one more bit of the mixture to the batch the next day. (so save it if you have any left for later)
  • ENJOY!!!!
