How to make it

  • Mix up the marinade and toss the vegetables in it until well covered. Let it marinate for at least four hours. Turn the veggies periodically - give the covered dish a good shake.
  • To cook:
  • Heat the cooking oil, toss in the veggies and any sauce in the dish.
  • I used a chili infused stir-fry oil because I wanted a bit of bit.
  • Toss until carrots are bit softened and the edamame turn a bright green. They should be crisp-tender - not mushy.
