Minty Plum Sorbet

- About 4 large plums shopping list
- Handful of fresh mint shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Chop and de-stone the plums. Lay them on a freezer tray and place in the freezer for an hour or two.
- 2. Mix the water and sugar in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- 3. Remove the plums from the freezer and blend them with the mint and sugar water until smooth. Place the mixture in a deep dish and freeze for about 5 hours.
- Let the sorbet thaw for 5-10 minutes before serving.
