Whole Wheat Flat-bread Hamburger Panini

- 1/4 lb. ground turkey or beef shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 2 T. Mayo shopping list
- 1T. thousand island dressing shopping list
- 1 T. Siracha (Thai hot sauce) shopping list
- juice from 1 lime shopping list
- 1 t. cilantro shopping list
- 1 large whole-wheat flatbread shopping list
- Shredded lettuce shopping list
- Chopped tomato shopping list
- Chopped red onion shopping list
- Sliced Greek olives shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Grill burger on indoor grill, adding salt and spices of your choice.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo, thousand island, Saracha, lime juice and cilantro. Spread the flat-bread with the sauce, add the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, Greek olives, feta cheese and then the hamburger. I folded the bread over and grilled the Panini for 2-3 minutes on 325 degrees on the indoor grill, to get the grill marks and to give it a bit of crunch.
- Serve with sweet potato fries!
