Broiled Salmon With Spinach Artichoke Spread

- 1 salmon steak per person shopping list
- salt, pepper, lemon seasoning shopping list
- drizzle of olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup spinach and artichoke dip per each salmon steak ( home made, store bought ) shopping list
- fresh lemon for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Season steaks as desired
- Drizzle with a little olive oil
- Spread the spinach artichoke dip over part of top of each salmon steak
- Broil a few inches under oven broiler about 10 minutes per inch of steak or until fish is done
- Serve with lemon slices if desired
