- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders cubed shopping list
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (get the fat free and help with calories) shopping list
- 1 c peas fresh or a 10 oz pkg frozen shopping list
- 3 c water shopping list
- 2 c uncooked Minute Rice shopping list
- 1/4 c grated parmesan shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in skillet over med high heat
- Add chicken and heat until cooked through about 5-7 min
- Add soup, peas, and water to skillet and bring to a boil
- Add rice to skillet and cover
- Reduce heat to med low and simmer 5 minutes until liquid absorbed and rice is done
- Stir in Parmesan and cover pan and let sit for 2 minutes then serve
